Job Description:
Skills: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of basic
customer operations and the financial industry. Basic accounting
concepts and principles. Able to calculate basic equations and
enter financial data accurately. Interpersonal and communication
(written and verbal) skills sufficient to interact with associates
at all levels of the organization. Numerical aptitude and critical
thinking sufficient to solve operational problems. Adhere to a
schedule. Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Work, Outlook,
Excel) Adobe skills preferred Financial Services industry
experience is a plus
