We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to lead our month-end close, deliver accurate financial reports, and help optimize costs across multiple entities. Duties & Responsibilities Lead the month-end close process and prepare consolidated financials Analyze BOMs, inventory flows, and production variances Support budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvement initiatives Partner cross-functionally with operations and sales to refine cost structures Build SOPs, enhance ERP systems, and streamline reporting processes What You Bring 5–10 years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or distribution Strong cost accounting and inventory valuation expertise Advanced Excel skills and ERP proficiency (Sage, QuickBooks, etc.) Proven ability to balance strategic insight with executional detail Proactive mindset – you take initiative, solve problems, and move fast Please submit a resume for consideration.
