Job Description Job Description We are immediately seeking an
Assistant Property Manager to join our team at a 220-apartment home
community. In this role, you will support the property management
team in maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction while
managing the day-to-day operations of our community. Key
Responsibilities: Assist in the management of leasing processes,
including tenant applications, move-ins, and renewals. Maintain
accurate records of tenant interactions and property performance.
Support marketing efforts to attract new residents and retain
current tenants. Help coordinate maintenance requests and ensure
timely resolution of issues. Conduct property inspections to ensure
compliance with safety and maintenance standards. Foster positive
relationships with residents, addressing inquiries and concerns
promptly. Collaborate with the property manager on financial
reporting and budget management. Qualifications: Previous
experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
engage with residents and staff. Basic financial experience,
including budgeting and expense tracking. Proficient in computer
software and property management systems, such as Yardi or similar
