Job Description:
This role oversees assigned home health departments, programs,
and staff, ensuring quality client services and operational
efficiency.
Acts as operational leader for a 20-bed hospice facility,
supporting clinical staff and leading clinical excellence
initiatives.
Collaborates with the Nursing Director on scheduling, payroll,
policies, and procedures.
Requires an Associate degree in nursing (Bachelor--------s
preferred), with at least 2 years of nursing experience, including
1 year in home care or hospice.
Valid Michigan RN licensure is mandatory.
Supervision skills, analytical ability, and strong communication
are essential for evaluating and improving department
processes.
