Job Description:

Purpose of Position and Scope of Responsibility Provides clerical and customer support for assigned University areas. Under the general supervision of the manager of the department or division and/or their designee’. Responsible for no more than 20 hours a week, including evenings and weekends. Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities - Provides clerical support including but not limited to answering phone, photocopying, filing, data entry and/or typing, and courier service. - Demonstrates basic knowledge of word processing software utilized by the University. - Assists in development and implementation of University activities. - Demonstrates ability to adapt skills to variety of University departments/divisions. - Performs related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Education High School diploma or equivalent necessary. Minimum Experience None required. Minimum Licensure, Registration, Certification Must be currently enrolled in Baptist Health Sciences University
