Job Description Job Description Maintenance Technician (HVAC Certified) – West Memphis, AR Pay: $17–$20/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm (weekends/overtime as needed) We are seeking an HVAC-Certified Maintenance Technician who can install HVAC units and support overall property repairs. HVAC certification required experience installing units. Experience with general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, appliances). Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain HVAC units (required). Complete work orders including electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, painting, and general maintenance. Assist with unit make-readies and preventative maintenance. Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe work environment. Support general property upkeep and grounds as needed. Provide excellent customer service to residents.
