Job Description:
A leading Mechanical Contracting Company is actively seeking an
experienced and driven HVAC Estimator to join their team. This is a

experience. Qualifications for Superintendent Technical Expertise :
Proficiency in HVAC system design, including knowledge of
equipment, materials, and installation processes, to accurately
estimate costs and requirements. Analytical Skills : Ability to
read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans,
with strong attention to detail for calculating labor, material,
and time estimates. Experience with Estimation Software :
Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or specialized HVAC
estimating software Communication and Collaboration : Strong
interpersonal skills to coordinate with project managers,
engineers, vendors, and clients, ensuring estimates align with
