5-10-years’ experience in small to medium size firm. This is a
full-time position that requires a bachelor’s degree and knowledge
of variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within the
Architectural field. Salary and benefits commensurate with
experience. Responsibilities All phases of permits and approvals
acquisitions Site planning and some degree of skill in landscape
architecture and interior furnishing selection Complete
understanding of Building Codes and Systems Complete design and
production of construction details Comprehensive engineering
coordination Comprehensive shop drawing review and coordination All
phases of construction administration
