Full-time Description Night Shift Ed Tech - 9 PM to 7 AM, 4 on 4 off *SAFETY SENSITIVE JOB Join our dedicated team as a Night Shift Education Technician, where you will play a vital role in supporting educational programs during evening hours. This position offers a unique schedule of four consecutive nights on, followed by four nights off, providing a balanced work-life dynamic. As this is a safety-sensitive role, maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Assist students with educational activities and classroom management during evening hours - Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of students in the educational environment - Support teachers and staff in implementing educational programs and behavioral expectations - Maintain accurate records of student attendance and activities - Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure environment for staff and students - Respond promptly to any emergencies or safety concerns that arise during shift We foster a supportive and collaborative work environment that values safety, growth, and professional development.
