Description: Our client is currently seeking a AUTOMATION AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEER in Arkansas As an Automation and Electrical Engineer in the consumer products industry, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical and automation systems that enhance the efficiency, quality, and safety of manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth production of consumer goods while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree may be preferred for more advanced roles.
• Professional engineering license (PE) may be required, depending on the jurisdiction and the complexity of the projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation technologies, PLC programming, and control systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN). Experience:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in electrical and automation engineering in the consumer products or manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with consumer product manufacturing processes and machinery is a plus.
