Details Job Details: We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced,
and dynamic Injection Molding Process Engineer to join our
innovative Manufacturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for
a talented professional to make a significant impact by optimizing
our manufacturing processes and driving operational excellence. The
successful candidate will be responsible for developing,
implementing, and maintaining optimal, cost-effective manufacturing
processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and
quality standards. You'll be working on exciting, cutting-edge

would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Develop and
implement process improvements to reduce costs and cycles. Design
and develop new processes for injection molding and automation.
Manage molding projects from concept through to completion. Analyze
manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of
quality, cost reduction, and throughput. Collaborate with design
teams to ensure manufacturability of the product. Provide technical
expertise and training to other team members. Develop and implement
process control techniques and procedures into manufacturing
environments. Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement, and
space requirements to maximize efficiency. Evaluate and recommend
appropriate new tooling and fixtures to achieve process
improvements. Ensure all manufacturing safety regulatory policies
and procedures are implemented and maintained at all times.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,
Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. A minimum of 5 years
of experience in process engineering, with a focus on injection
molding. Proven experience with geometric tolerancing, automation,
and plastics. Demonstrated ability to design processes and layouts
for injection molding operations. Proficient in the use of CAD or
other 3D design software. Strong knowledge of raw materials,
production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques
for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work
independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Proven project management skills with the
ability to lead projects to successful completion. Ability to work
in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. Familiarity
with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus. Interested in hearing
