Operations and Maintenance Specialist to join our team. We are one

opportunity at the newly constructed electric vehicle battery
manufacturing plant. This is a performance based, 12-year, O&M
contract providing hard services of MEP equipment within the
facility, excluding the manufacturing and production equipment. The
objective is to maintain a seamless environment by assuring that
equipment is performing to specifications to facilitate
uninterrupted manufacturing and administrative functions. What you
will do: We are looking for a skilled specialist who has worked in
commercial, industrial, and/or institutional markets to join our
team. The specialist must be a skilled craftsman in their trade,
and we prefer a minimum of five (5) years’ actual, practical
working experience in the HVAC plumbing, pipefitting and/or
mechanical equipment service industry. You may be required to pass
a satisfactory examination as to your special skill.
Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in
accordance with building codes and manufacturer specifications.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC
equipment to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Diagnose and troubleshooting HVAC system malfunctions, identifying
root causes and implementing effective solutions. Repair or replace
defective parts, components, or systems using hand and power tools.
Conduct performance tests and adjustments on HVAC systems to meet
specified requirements. Keep accurate records of maintenance and
repair activities, including parts used, labor hours, and work
performed. Collaborate with other team members and contractors to
ensure timely completion of projects. Stay updated on industry
advancements, regulations, and best practices through ongoing
training and professional development. Always adhere to safety
protocols and company policies and procedures. Provide exceptional
customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues
professionally. Preferred Requirements: High school diploma or
equivalent. Valid HVAC Mechanical Journeymen license. Proven
experience as an HVAC Mechanical Journeymen or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation,
maintenance, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in reading and
interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention
to detail and ability to work with precision. Effective
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Valid
driver's license and reliable transportation. Flexibility to work
on-call or during emergencies, as required. LI-Onsite LI-AD2
