Job Title: Multi Branch Manager/Non-Lender Physical Location: Ridgepark & Main Street: 11901 W Parker Road, Jonesboro, AR 72401 Reports to: Retail Manager Working Conditions: Normal, no adverse or hazardous conditions Work Hours: May vary between locations Primary Purpose: This position provides leadership and management direction for tellers & CSRs in all branch locations in a market. Reporting to the local President, this position provides day to day direction in creating a positive work environment, community development, increasing growth and profitability through retail sales initiatives, and providing accurate and superior customer service while ensuring adherence to established bank policies, operational and security controls. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: - Provides day-to-day management for tellers and CSRs in the market. - Conducts branch location visits to perform observations and reviews to successfully coach staff in proper practice of sales and service strategies and in ensuring adherence with established policies and controls. - Provides assistance to other markets when needed. - Manages, coaches, and develops staff to attain internal performance objectives for market branch offices' service, business volume, deposits, and quality of audit reports. - Performs Quarterly Self Assessments (QBACs), Comprehensive Vault Audits (CVAs), Teller Cash Box Audits, Daily Overdrafts, and MoneyGram Official Checks. - Responsible for overall branch operations in market. - Maintains knowledge and stays abreast of security policies and procedures. - Maintains knowledge of branch policies, procedures, internal controls, and regulatory compliance related to assigned responsibilities. - Responsible for ensuring all business transactions and practices within span of control comply with all regulations and the Code of Conduct. - Responsible for fostering an environment among team members that ensures branches operate in compliance with all bank policies, procedures, internal controls, and regulatory compliance related to assigned responsibilities. - Proactively monitors and ensures timely resolution of exceptions reported from operational and compliance support areas. - Responsible for ensuring maintenance of office building, grounds, equipment and fixtures within market. - Handles customer problems and complaints; counsels customers with special needs or requests. - Provides and maintains a professional, business-like atmosphere within the branches. - Hires, sets goals, conducts performance evaluations and recommends salary adjustments. Schedules branch personnel. Counsels employees when needed. Coordinates staff training when needed. - Ensures testing of branch security equipment and investigates security issues when needed. - Represents the financial institution in public relations activities and community affairs. - Participates in and completes required training as assigned. - Serves as a backup teller when needed. - Performs other duties as assigned. Job Specifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. - Two to five years of experience in a financial institution. - Good written, verbal and supervisory skills. - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. - Frequent travel between branch locations required.
