We support our clinicians in building a thriving and profitable caseload upon a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance.We are seeking a Clinical Director for a full-time position in Jonesboro, AR.Requirements:Master's Degree in CounselingMust be fully licensed in Arkansas to practice therapyMust have 5 years of experience in Mental Health as an MHPExperience and knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of mental dysfunctionsTwo years of Management experience preferredAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general publicAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsAdvantages:Paid holidaysPaid orientationHealth/Dental/Vision/401k with employer contribution & additional elective insurancePaid time offAdditional advantages EAP services at no cost, professional development/CEUsResponsibilities and Duties:Oversee business development for complimentary services lines, including additional tuck-ins and new service linesMaintain a working knowledge of all phases of clinical and operational programsIdentify hiring needs and work with Talent Solutions team to staff in a timely and effective manner the clinical therapy enterpriseProvide regular performance updates to the senior leadership teamOversee all quality assurance and facility protocols in conjunction with RVP, Medical Director, and Executive DirectorWith guidance from the Executive Director or Regional RVP, provide leadership with a variety of defined and ad hoc programs and initiativesEnforce company policies and procedures and ensure a safe facilityPerforms duties of Lead MHP when neededProvides direct supervision of MHPs and QBHPs as assigned. Also, observation and review of MHPs and QBHPs as assigned.About Life Strategies Counseling (LSCI)LSCI provides outpatient counseling and psychiatric services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and group psychotherapy in a warm, safe, and supportive environment.
