group 110 physicians in 35 different medical specialties OB/GYN
department 7 total, 2 GYN only 5 OB/GYNs Hospital Based Employed
1:6 Call Schedule 216 bed hospital (with space to expand to over
300 beds) New facility moved in January 2014 2 year salary then
rolling into RVU production model benefits paid for by clinic
(estimated base $275K-$300K) 37,000 annual ER Volume (steady
growth) Average 1,100 deliveries per year Hospitalist program in
place
Community: University town of 67,000 in pop one hour from Memphis,
Tennessee and 2 hours from Little Rock.
