We support our clinicians in building a thriving and profitable caseload upon a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance.We seek mental health therapists (LAC, LMSW) for full-time positions in Paragould, AR.Compensation:The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $91,800 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.Requirements:Must have either an LAC or LMSWMust be willing to work with children and adolescents in a school-based environmentExperience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and familiesSolid computer and basic technology skillsSelf-motivated and independent therapists able to quickly build rapport with clientsAdvantages:Paid holidaysPaid orientationHealth/Dental/Vision/401k with employer contribution & additional elective insurancePaid time offAdditional advantages include student loan paydown plan, EAP services at no cost, professional development/CEUsResponsibilities and Duties:Evaluate the mental needs of clients based on review of client informationModifies treatment activities and approaches as needed to comply with changes in client statusRefers patients, clients, or family members to community resources or specialists, as necessary; Provides case consultation and in-service training, as neededPlans and administers treatment such as behavior modification and stress management therapy to assist patients in controlling disorders and other problemsDelegates and oversees work assignments of MHPPs, as assigned. Provides direct supervision of MHPPs at least weekly or more often as needed; also observes and evaluates the performance of MHPPs at least monthly, as assignedMust conduct face-to-face contact with each assigned MHPP for clinical supervision at least every 14 days and 12 contacts every 90 daysMust conduct home visits at least once per month, required visits in the office, schools, and other facilities as necessary to ensure Home and community-based client careAbout Life Strategies Counseling (LSCI)LSCI provides outpatient counseling and psychiatric services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and group psychotherapy in a warm, safe, and supportive environment.
