Join us in shaping the future of care one resident, one family, one community at a time.Position Overview:The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Skilled Nursing Facility is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Manager.
