Job Description HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Olive Branch, Mississippi. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/07/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse – Cath Lab Facility: Methodist Olive Branch Hospital 4250 Bethel Rd, Olive Branch, MS 38654 Assignment Overview: - Duration: 13 Weeks - Shift: 4x10-Hour Day Shifts (06:30 AM – 05:00 PM) Note: Shift times may be adjusted during interview - Schedule Type: No block scheduling - On-Call Requirement: - STEMI call coverage required - 8–12 call days per month including 1 full weekend (Friday–Sunday) - Weekend Requirement: As needed Required Qualifications: - Experience: - Minimum 1 year Cath Lab RN experience - At least 1 completed travel assignment, OR 3 years total experience in the specialty - License: - Must hold an active RN license compliant with NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact) guidelines - Pending license not accepted - Certifications: - Required certifications not listed, but AHA BLS/ACLS are typically standard (ensure current at time of submission) - Driver’s License: Must be submitted with profile - Cerner EMR experience: Preferred Travel & Submission Requirements: - Local Radius Rule: Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility (Local candidates not accepted) - Flu Vaccine: Required (No exemptions allowed) - COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required Job Responsibilities: As a Cath Lab RN, the selected candidate will: - Assist in cardiovascular catheterization procedures - Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedural care - Administer medications and monitor patient vitals - Respond to emergency situations and participate in STEMI response - Document procedures and patient data in Cerner (preferred EMR) - Collaborate with interventional cardiologists, techs, and other healthcare team members Floating Policy: - RN may float to like units and campuses within 20 miles, though this will be rare unless stated - No floating outside of agreed-upon campuses Facility Details: - Type: Short-Term Acute Care Hospital - Trauma Level: Level I Trauma Center About HonorVet Technologies HonorVet Technologies: Pioneering Purpose, Empowering Heroes Founded in 2015, HonorVet Technologies stands as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), proudly certified by NaVOBA and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
