LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Neuro ICU for a travel nursing job in Memphis, Tennessee. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:Neuro ICU - Discipline:RN - Start Date:07/14/2025 - Duration:13 weeks - 38 hours per week - Shift:12 hours, days - Employment Type:Travel Required Experience & Qualifications: - 2 years of recent Neuro ICU experience with prior travel - OR 3 years of recent Neuro ICU experience with no travel - BLS and ACLS required - Must have active Compact or TN RN license at submission - No locals accepted (must live 100 miles from facility) Responsibilities: - Deliver critical care to neuro ICU patients including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and post-op neuro cases - Monitor and manage complex neurological conditions with advanced interventions and assessments - Collaborate with neurosurgeons, intensivists, and interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care - Respond to emergency situations and participate in rapid response and code teams - Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to care protocols and safety standards AS About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
