Job Description Join a growing Pediatric Hospitalist team in a dynamic mid-sized community that serves as a regional hub for healthcare, education, and commerce. Known for its friendly residents, low cost of living, and excellent quality of life, this charming university town of 130K plus serves an area of 650K in the South Central US and is only 75 minutes from an international airport. This independent, 450-bed community hospital has been serving the public for more than 100 years Base salary of $293K. 40-50 pediatric patients per month. Robust Team Support including nurses, lactation consultants and FM residents. Teach and be involved in academics (Residents and Medical Students). PSLF Eligible. Home to research university with 17,000 students. 18 Pediatric Beds; 19 NICU Beds, Certified Level IIIA. Shifts: either (8.5) 24 hours or (17) 12 hours- most choose two blocks of 24s per month.
