Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/19/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – ArkansasStart Date: January 19, 2026 Location: Batesville, Arkansas Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Standard OR shifts with 3-4 on-call shifts per month, including one 24-hour weekend call shift monthly Highlights: Circulate across multiple specialties including GYN, ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Vascular procedures Work with diverse patient populations from pediatric through geriatric age groups Utilize MediTech EMR system for documentation and patient care coordination Predictable on-call schedule with only 3-4 shifts monthly Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality surgical care Requirements: Active Arkansas RN license Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience required Demonstrated circulating experience across multiple surgical specialties (GYN, ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, General, Vascular) MediTech EMR experience required Experience caring for pediatric through geriatric patient populations Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications (American Heart Association) Current skills checklist (within 1 year) and supervisory references required for submission Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to utilize your multi-specialty OR expertise while maintaining a balanced lifestyle with minimal on-call obligations.
