working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN
in Germantown, Tennessee, 38138! The RN Med/Surg Telemetry provides
comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with medical and
surgical conditions requiring continuous cardiac monitoring.
Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication
administration, telemetry interpretation, care coordination, and
collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe,

Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Current
BLS certification (ACLS preferred). Ability to interpret cardiac
