Off Schedule Predictable rotation with approximately 6-hour shifts
per day. Low Burnout Risk Spend less time on shift while still
making a meaningful impact. Nurse Practitioner Support Work with an
experienced NP to assist with rounding . Inpatient Rounding Only No
