Registered Nurse (RN) | Neuro Location: Memphis, TN Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,321 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Months Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Neuro RN in Memphis, Tennessee, 38104! Deliver critical care to neuro ICU patients including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and post-op neuro cases Monitor and manage complex neurological conditions with advanced interventions and assessments Collaborate with neurosurgeons, intensivists, and interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care Respond to emergency situations and participate in rapid response and code teams Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to care protocols and safety standards 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Develop strong problem-solving skills and self-reliance as you navigate new environments independently.
