Job Description Psychiatrist - Behavioral Health Opportunity –
Northeast Arkansas * Full-Time Psychiatrist – Day Shift (M–F)
Requirements•Must be licensed to practice Psychiatry in the State
of Arkansas•Eligible for Medical Staff privileges•Prior inpatient
and/or outpatient behavioral health experience preferredPhysical
Requirements•Typical office environment•Must be able to sit, walk,
stand, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs•May be exposed to airborne or
infectious materials•This is a safety-sensitive positionJob
Summary•Provide psychiatric care in both inpatient and outpatient
settings•Assess patients, develop diagnoses, and implement
treatment plans•Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team•May
consult in various settings including acute care, clinics, and
nursing homes•Responsible for supervising assigned staff and using
independent judgment
