Pediatric ICU nurse/n - Location: Memphis, TN 38103 (Downtown
Memphis)/n - Unit: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) — Level I
Pediatric Trauma Center/n - Employment Type: Travel Contract
(On-Site)/n - Contract Length: 13 weeks/n - Start Date: March 9,
2026/n - End Date: June 8, 2026/n - Shift: Night Shift – 3 x
12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00)/n - Hours per Week: 36/n - Estimated
Weekly Pay: $2130 - $2250 (competitive travel nursing pay)/n -
Orientation: 16 hours/n - Weekend Requirement: As needed/n
/n/nQualifications & Job Requirements/n /n - Experience: Minimum 2
years of recent pediatric critical care (PICU/Pediatric ICU)
experience required; 3 years preferred/n - Travel Experience: At
least 1 completed prior travel assignment preferred for travel RN
roles/n - Licensure: Active RN license in Tennessee or compact
state required; must comply with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
guidelines (pending licenses not accepted)/n - Education: BSN
preferred; ADN accepted/n - Charting: Cerner experience preferred
(electronic medical record experience helpful)/n - Vaccinations:
Flu vaccine required (no exemptions); COVID-19 vaccine not
required/n - Local Radius: Must live at least 100 miles from
facility to qualify as a travel nurse/n - Time Off Policy: All
requested time off must be submitted with application; no
additional time off will be honored after offer/n /n/nKey
Responsibilities/n /n - Provide expert pediatric critical care and
bedside nursing for PICU patients during night shifts/n - Monitor,
assess, and manage acute and complex pediatric conditions in a
high-acuity environment/n - Collaborate with multidisciplinary
pediatric care teams including physicians, respiratory therapists,
and support staff/n - Float to like pediatric units as needed to
support patient care and staffing/n - Maintain compliance with
hospital policies, travel agency requirements, and mandatory
