This is a cohesive, attractive group designed for long-term professional growth. Optimal Work-Life Balance : Enjoy a structured Monday-Friday (8 am - 5 pm) schedule. Your week is balanced with 2 clinic days, 2 OR days, and only 1 call day . Elite Call Structure : Benefit from No Primary Call -you serve as 1:6 back-up call only. With 24/7 Laborist coverage , you have the freedom to have a Laborist deliver for you while on call. High-Volume Productivity : Manage a robust clinical load with an average of 80 patients per week and 3-5 surgical cases per day . The facility handles 1,600-1,700 deliveries annually. Advanced Facilities : Practice in a New Surgical Tower (completed 2019) and a newly renovated clinic (2022) located right across the street from the hospital.
