Full Time Hospital employed Schedule is Monday – Friday, 40 hours No call requirements $315,000 base compensation Malpractice including tail Existing infusion infrastructure Established referral base from PCPs and Specialists Competitive compensation and benefits package: wRVU production incentive compensation available $35,000 sign on $10,000 quality bonus Loan forgiveness of $20,000 per year up to $100,000 or 5 years Quality incentive of $10,000 annually 6 weeks or 240 hours of PTO Moving expenses up to $10,000 5 days of CME annually with a $4,500 annual CME allowance Three to five-year agreement with a 120-day out by either party Participation in MMH Health Plan with covered premiums. Voluntary participation in all other plan opportunities.
