Job Description Full time Hospital employed 40-hour work week
Call Requirements limited to after-hours phone calls only with no
requirement to physically come into the hospital. Call schedule to
be mutually agreed upon, but is certainly not 24×7 or expected to
negatively impact quality of life. 2 physicians 460 surgical cases
per year 20 patients a day Cerner EMR 24 Six Pine Ranch Road at our
Outpatient and Oncology Center, New Hospital opening June 2026
Competitive compensation and benefits package Base compensation
will be $700,000 annually $50,000 sign on bonus Quality incentive
of $10,000 annually 6 weeks or 240 hours of PTO 5 days of CME
annually with a $4,500 annual CME allowance
