Co-Medical Director role at our well-established small animal
hospital in Southaven, Mississippi. This position offers a unique

practice. Working alongside an experienced Hospital Manager and
supportive veterinary team, the Co-Medical Director will help drive

their ideas. The Leadership Opportunity As Co-Medical Director, you

3 years of clinical veterinary experience • Interest in leadership,
mentorship, and hospital growth • Strong communication and
collaboration skills • A commitment to high-quality medicine and
patient care • A veterinarian who values team culture, professional
development, flexibility and continuous improvement This role is
well suited for a veterinarian ready to step into leadership while
remaining actively engaged in clinical practice. Compensation &
Benefits (Full-Time) • Competitive base salary ($120,000-$145,000)
quarterly production (no negative accrual) • Sign-on bonus and/or
