Practice Setting: 438-bed regional medical center serving Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri with a 600,000 patient service area Award-winning medical center, named "Best Places to Work in Arkansas" for 10 consecutive years Level III trauma center with diverse medical staff and over 40 specialties offered State-of-the-art operating rooms and new equipment, including towers, video scopes, and more Comprehensive support services including Anesthesia, Radiology, Emergency Medicine, and Audiology Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM 2-3 days per week in clinic, 2-3 days in the OR; flexible based on provider preference Call is 1:5 and taken from home Compensation & Benefits: $515,000 guaranteed salary for the first 2 years production, plus a $100,000 relocation & signing bonus Student loan forgiveness & ACOs Shared Savings Program (CEP) available Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, and retirement plans with matching Up to $3,000 per year for CME, licensure & DEA reimbursements Location Details: Reside in Jonesboro, AR, with 79,324 residents, just 1 hour from Memphis, 2 hours from Little Rock, and 4 hours from St. Louis Cost of living is 15% lower than the national average, offering great value Enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, water sports, and more in a nature-filled environment Multiple dining options, housing choices, top-rated public schools, and access to private schools
