Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An excellent
opportunity is available for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to
join a school district serving students from kindergarten through
12th grade in Walcott, WY. This full-time contract position is set
for the 2026/2027 school year and offers the chance to work
directly with a diverse student caseload while supporting a
transition from a hybrid OT model to full-time, in-person services.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive occupational therapy
services to students across K-12, addressing individual goals and
needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary
teams to develop and implement individualized education plans
(IEPs). Monitor student progress and adjust therapy interventions
accordingly. Facilitate the transition from hybrid to full-time
in-person occupational therapy support to enhance student outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district policies
and regulations. Desired Qualifications: Licensed Occupational
Therapist with experience in school-based settings. Ability to
manage a full caseload spanning kindergarten through 12th grade
students. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work
effectively with school staff and families. Commitment to
delivering student-centered therapy services. Experience in
transitioning service delivery models is a plus. Location: Walcott,
