Active Arkansas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Current CPR certification required. Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle for patient visits. Experience in Home Health settings preferred. Experience evaluating functional status, developing home health plans of care, and providing home-based interventions preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Other. Employment Status: Full Time (travel assignment). Clinician will provide in-person home visits and coordinate with interdisciplinary team members.
