Hogan1 is seeking dedicated and reliable CDL A Truck Drivers to join our innovative team focused on providing top-tier transportation solutions. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods, upholding our reputation for exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, supportive environment where safety and efficiency are paramount. Operate a tractor-trailer or flatbed truck in compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations. Transport and deliver goods over long distances while managing schedules and routes efficiently. Conduct inspections of the vehicle before and after trips and report any mechanical problems encountered. Maintain logs of working hours and of vehicle service or repair status, adhering to federal and state regulations. Utilize GPS systems and other technological tools to track and plan the best routes. Communicate effectively with clients and the logistics team to ensure precise coordination and timely deliveries. Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper loading and securing of cargo to prevent damage. Proficient in operating GPS and other navigation systems. Strong time management and route management skills. Excellent physical fitness and endurance. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Additional endorsements for Hazardous Materials or Tanker endorsements are preferred.
