Job Description Job Description A leading food manufacturing company is looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer that thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This role will oversee project-based improvements and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable, sustainable results while helping embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and support high-impact continuous improvement initiatives aligned to plant and business KPIs. Apply Lean, DMAIC, and problem-solving methodologies to address operational challenges and reduce losses. Partner closely with engineering, operations, and CI resources to identify opportunities, prioritize projects, and track results. Develop, maintain, audit, and continuously improve the site's CI operating system. Drive deployment of annual improvement targets through structured problem-solving, visual management, loss control meetings, and strategy deployment tools (e.g., A3s). Facilitate and participate in cross-functional Kaizen and improvement events , driving both incremental and breakthrough results. Share best practices and collaborate with continuous improvement resources across multiple manufacturing sites. Support additional improvement initiatives and responsibilities as business needs evolve. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Science , or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Exposure to Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM efforts strongly preferred. Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing and CI methodologies , with the ability to apply them in real-world settings. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and make sound business decisions. If this role aligns with your experience, don't hesitate to apply.
