Admin Secretary JETSCity of Jonesboro JETS department is seeking
part-time help that is available to help 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday,
Wednesday, and Friday. Below a list of job duties, requirements,

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION The purpose of this position is to
provide secretarial and administrative support to the department. -
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Answers the telephone,
provides information to callers, takes messages for staff, and
accepts work order requests. This duty is performed daily. 2. Types
all correspondence, memoranda, and reports for the department. This
duty is performed daily. 3. Receives citizen complaints; forwards
to appropriate division or personnel. This duty is performed as
needed. 4. Reviews department timesheets for accuracy before
submitting to Finance Department; maintains copies of timesheets.
This duty is performed weekly. 5. Perform any other related duties
as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must
be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. -

or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few
