ABOUT THE TEAM
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
POSITION TITLE: -SAP IXP INTERN- ES CIA M&A- -DATA
MANAGEMENT

IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL---
The Cloud Integration & Adoption (CIA) team is responsible for
both, laying the end-to-end foundation
across all IE Business Solutions as well as enabling continuous
integration of SAP's acquired cloud lines of business. The Mergers
and Acquisition Center of Excellence Team is driving IT post-merger
integration of SAP acquisitions and is responsible for all topics
regarding Mergers & Acquisitions from due diligence to integration
and stabilization across all post-merger integration programs.
As Intern of the IES CIA M&A CoE you will support our team in
managing the following tasks:
- Support the IT M&A Data Management workstream in one of
M&A post-merger integration programs. Taking over
responsibility for Data Management activities such as data
analysis, data migration and data clean up
- Plan, track, and schedule Data Migration timelines, meetings and
milestones using appropriate tools
- Manage individual small projects like data clean up or cut-over
activities for running acquisition projects
- Support Data Retention and System Retirement activities and take
over task like building reports etc
- Organization, moderation, and follow up of meetings and
workshops
- Support daily tasks of the Data Management workstream
Who you are:
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and
stays -curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects
and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Currently enrolled in a Master or MBA degree program in
Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or
a related field
- Expertise in MS Office tools like Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint,
etc. is required
- Very good oral and written communication skills are essential to
deal with virtual and international teams
- Ability to quickly respond to requests and keep content and
reporting updated
- Team player
- Pronounced quality awareness, attention to detail, and ability to
work independently
- General IT knowledge, interest in Data Management
- Previous works experience in a corporate setting is advantageous
but not mandatory
