Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Quality Technician Position type: Full Time, Contract Duration: 6 months to possible extension Location: Memphis, TN, 38118 As a Quality Technician, you will:Execution of daily schedule and activities to meet shipping department goals/throughputsReporting to shipping lead on ShippingTracking and coordinating timely delivery of goods and materialsValidate Cycle Count inventory reporting and ensure inventory is audit readyDetermine and track warehouse KPIsMaintain records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentationPerforming a daily inspection of the warehouse groundsEnsure proper coordinating for all incoming and outgoing shipments as requiredResponsible for compliance of Shipping areas to include but not limited to Material Handling, Housekeeping, Foreign Object Elimination and Hazardous Waste ProgramsDevelopment of a flexible and cross-trained workforce with daily performance that includes execution of daily goals and identification of non-conformance issuesMonitor safety performance and insure proper Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) is available and being used appropriately, and ensure proper resources are availableDual role in Repairs as needed, pull/stage, package, and ship aircrafts parts to repair shopAll other duties as assigned.The ideal candidate will have:Highschool degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience or comparable experienceStrong working knowledge of warehouse operationsForklift certification will be needed to perform job responsibilities, prior forklift certification preferred, however training can be provided Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
